THE AMERICAN SPIRIT: Mitt Romney congratulates President Obama on his re-election


Following his loss in the US elections, Mitt Romney, has sent a congratulatory message to Barrack Obama. Romney who disclosed this at his campaign headquarters in Boston thanked his campaign organization, his family, and all those who stood by him during the elections.

“I want to thank Ann, my wife, she would have been a wonderful First Lady. I want to thank my children and all those who have made extra-ordinary efforts to run a wonderful campaign… Thank you so very much,” Romney said.
“I have just sent a congratulatory message to Obama, thank you so much for your support.
“I believe in America, and I so wish that I could help fulfill your dreams and lead the nation in a different direction, but the nation chose the person it feels is the best for you, I thank America. I thank you.
Mitt Romney had always maintained he only had a victory speech, but has now been forced to make a concessory speech, drawing the curtains on one of the fiercest US elections.
