Nigeria Universities Commission is at it again!!!

Imagine the rumour that is making the rounds that NUC has increased or is planning to increase the bench mark between getting a 'F' and an 'E'. This means that 40% is no longer going to be borderline but 45%, which means that some of us need to buckle up to cross the red sea if this is going to be true if you need to escape a C.O (aka carry over).
